The Ridgewood tiny house on wheels is a tiny house design built by Timbercraft Tiny Homes located in Alabama. These tiny house builders can advise you on the products and the building materials needed to build your dream tiny house. They will produce tiny house construction drawings for each tiny home. You can see the tiny house design before it's built. Once the deposit has been made on your tiny house design, they will order the trailer and begin building. It takes about six to ten weeks to build and finish a tiny house design. Once it's done, they will deliver your custom tiny home.

Insulation and Strength

Timbercraft Tiny Homes use closed cell spray foam insulation in all of their tiny houses on wheels. They feel it is the best insulation that is available for them. This insulation delivers R13 in the walls and a rating of R19 in the ceiling. With testing conducted by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Research Center showed that the spray-applied polyurethane foam insulation between wood stud wall panels increased the rack and shear strength from two to three times when compared with standard stick-built components with fiberglass insulation when sprayed onto oriented strand board (OSB). This makes the tiny house design very strong and easy to heat and cool. They build tiny homes on wheels from 16 feet to 32 feet long on a bumper pull trailer and up to 42 feet long on a gooseneck trailer. The maximum width allowed by the DOT is 8 feet 6 inches wide and height is 13 feet 6 inches high. They can also do 9 feet 6 inches and 10 feet wide tiny homes on wheels. However, the delivery cost of your tiny house design will be higher since they require permits to move or deliver.
