The Escape Traveler tiny house building starts at $78,500. The home measures 30 feet long or 35 feet long including the trailer hitch. It's 8.5 feet wide and 13.5 feet high, so it fits into the highway road requirements, and it's a travel trailer with an RVIA seal. Inside the tiny house on wheels, there is 344 square feet of space, with 255 square feet on the first floor and 89 square feet in the loft areas. The tiny house on wheels will weigh 11,000-13,000 pounds depending on the chosen options but a Class V hitch is recommended, and a 2 5/16 inch ball is required. The home sits on a custom built steel trailer, with 7,000 pound tandem axles, ten ply radial tires, electric brakes, a Hopkins break-away safety system, and easy use levelling jacks.

The outside of the Traveler Escape tiny house on wheels is covered in pre-finished cedar lap siding and trim with a steel accent and protective panels. There's also a full light 36-inch glass entry door to allow light and views into the home. They also install low-E windows and most of the windows in the home are opening. Inside the home, there is a pre-finished pine tongue and groove wall cover and laminate flooring with the option of hardwood in oak. A private queen bedroom on the first floor has a nightstand, a storage closet with space to store clothing and other items as well as a large, under the bed storage drawer. The living room can have a couch that folds out into a bed with an optional flat screen television. Throughout the home, there is also plenty of storage thanks to all of the built-in shelves, cabinets and cubbies. The kitchen also has lots of storage and full size or RV style propane range, a venting microwave, and a full-size refrigerator with an optional ice maker. It's quite impressive to see how they fit all of these great amenities into the small space, but it does make this tiny house on wheels more liveable and a lot more comfortable.
