It's meant to look like a caboose which is the final car of a train and it has stairs or a ladder into a sleeping loft which provides an extra 120 square feet. The loft space would be great to use as a sleeping space or for extra storage. The tiny home design features a gabled roof system with a timber frame structure which makes it look like a traditional mountain cabin with a modern spin. The main area can be living space and it could also have a sleeper sofa added in to accommodate more people if need be.

Also in the tiny house are some solid surface countertops with wooden cabinetry and soft close doors. There are also beautiful stainless steel appliances, all apartment sized and even a dishwasher. The bathroom has a European style glass shower, tile, beautiful luxury fixtures, and a closet that can fit a combo washer/dryer and a linen shelf. There's also a covered front deck with 6 by 6 posts and a large sliding glass door. Plus, another deck can be added on in the back of the tiny house too. This tiny house is a larger size coming in at 400 square feet, but it can be modified as needed.
