Surrounded by an 8' decorative privacy fence on 3 sides, and the river on the 4th, you have a unique space to relax, sit by the fire, soak in the hot tub, grill out, and still walk downtown to antique shop, drink from the craft breweries, or eat at the fine dining restaurants of Waynesville. Maggie Valley is about 3 miles away, and all the mountain attractions are within viewing distance. Asheville is only 25 miles away. This space has all high-end finishes and is brand new for 2021. Hardwood floors, tiled shower with glass doors, solid surface counters, unique cool loft with a beautiful king bed, private master with a queen bed, big screen TV over the fireplace, and all the luxuries of a fine hotel. The vacation home has a coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots and pans, washer and dryer, Bluetooth speakers, a covered back porch with a ceiling fan and 6 top tables, and a private outdoor grill.
All guests will receive a unique code to enter the main gate as well as the front door of their home. The fire pit and the hot tub are common amenities for all 3 tiny homes in the camp compound. You may often use them alone, as most guests will wait, especially in the hot tub, but you may be asked to be joined sometimes. This is strictly an adult-only resort. The vacation property does not allow guests under the age of 16. You will want to also note that the property is, unfortunately, not pet friendly.
While the owners have done their best to make this an oasis and block out the surrounding area with the 8-foot decorative fence, you will want to note that the home is located in a residential/industrial area, and you will occasionally see activity at the gas station across the river, and hear trucks at the plant across the street. The owners feel that it is a small trade-out in exchange for the proximity to downtown and the river. You could find a quieter mountain cabin, but you would drive to everything downtown Waynesville has to offer. The tiny house has all the comforts of home and is sure to provide you with everything for your North Carolina vacation. The tiny home is beautifully finished inside and out, with a fire pit to enjoy after a day of activity.

Put on your cloggin’ and square dancin’ shoes and enjoy an old-fashioned mountain hoedown in front of the Historic Courthouse.
