The property is located adjacent to Panther Creek Recreational Area which offers a waterfall, hiking, fishing, and picnicking. Dogs are also welcome on the trail.

It is set in a quaint neighborhood that currently has two distinctly different vacation rentals situated privately on 9 easily accessed acres, adjacent to the National Forest and Panther Creek Recreational Area. The cottage is located just outside of Tallulah Falls in between the towns of Clarkesville and Clayton, Georgia. The vacation property is located approximately 1.5 hours from both the Atlanta, Georgia and Greenville, South Carolina airports and 2 hours from Asheville North Carolina airport.
