You Will Surely Going To Love The Interior Of This Classy Cottage

Stunning Exterior and Spacious Interior

You'll fall in love with this custom cottage by Lockman Homebuilding Company located in Decatur, Georgia. The stunning cottage is beautiful inside and out. From the exterior, the triple dormer window with white cedar shakes, front covered porch, wooden beams, and white exterior set this house apart right from the start. Once inside you'll be surprised at just how spacious and gorgeous this Georgia cottage is. The home has a custom kitchen with a large kitchen island painted dark with white kitchen countertops, wooden floors, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of white kitchen cabinets. The butler's kitchen just off the main kitchen has beautiful blue tiles, wooden shelves, white kitchen cabinets, and a window that fills the area with natural light.

Functional and Stylish Living Spaces

The cottage has a mud room done all in white with a bench with storage underneath, two built-in shelving units for additional storage, and plenty of hooks to hang up jackets, and coats. The main bathroom with its white walls and tile has a dark bathroom and white cabinets, double sinks and mirrors, a separate bathtub, a shower with a glass enclosure, and a toilet with a door for privacy. The second bedroom like the rest of the house has white walls and wooden floors, a ceiling fan, and two windows to fill the room with light. The second bathroom has a completely different feel than the master bathroom with all-white bathroom cabinets, again a separate toilet with a door with a large window, double sinks and mirrors, and blue and white tiles for a lovely look. The cottage home has an upstairs separate suite, complete with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.

The Custom Home Building Process

If you're unfamiliar with the process of custom home building, the process begins when they first meet with you to learn more about your needs. The homebuilders will be asking things like do you have a current lot you want to build on and what size home are you imagining? From there, they will talk about filling your home with the details you've been dreaming about such as a walk-in pantry, a wet bar on your patio, or built-in bookshelves in your custom library. They will get on the same page with the budget and timeline, and make sure we're the right company for you. The five steps in building your home include exploring needs, customizing, finalizing details, building, and moving in.
