The tiny house has a bathroom with a shower, a sink, a flush toilet, and a tile floor.

Well-Equipped Kitchen and Comforts

The tiny house on wheels has a private deck with a beautiful ocean view complete with a bistro table for two, a kitchen with an apartment-sized oven/stove and a mini-fridge/freezer and an ocean view window, unique Cambria Quartz countertop and sink, well equipped with a french press, toaster, kettle, pots/pans, but no microwave. You'll even find some cooking staples and condiments. The tiny house has a loft bed with an ocean view window, a memory foam mattress topper and real cotton sheets and down duvet and pillows. You'll have access to the loft bed that requires climbing three steps and a four-foot ladder with no handles.

Unique Features and Local Community

The loft bed has a double mattress with low head clearance and a steep ladder that has no rails or handles. The tiny house owners have a friendly chocolate lab that lives on the property who may pop by to say hello. The owners love looking at the ocean and being able to see and hear the marine life, exploring the petroglyphs, walking along the Kay Dubois Trail or going for a wine tasting/snack just a 5-minute walk up the road. During your vacation stay, you can take a morning and evening stroll either along the beach or in the pastoral neighborhood. The neighborhood has bee boxes, sheep, and exotic pets. Quadra Island is home to a lively, close-knit community from all walks of life and from all over the world.
