The Upper Pond treehouse is located above the TreeHouse Point resort’s central pond, nestled between the Nest Treehouse and the Pond Room. The Pond Room is a lovely multipurpose space for special events such as weddings, along with yoga classes. The cabin building has large windows and a deck with lovely views of the resorts tranquil ponds. Nelson Treehouse carpenter Rolf has crafted an elegant built-in bench on the Upper Pond treehouse deck. He was inspired by designs that he saw on a recent trip to Japan.

The interior of the Upper Pond is spacious and has a queen-sized bed, twin loft beds, a table, two armchairs, a coffee nook, and a water closet with a composting toilet. The Upper Pond treehouse can sleep up to four people, making it the perfect treehouse for a special getaway. The Upper Pond has electric lighting and heat for those cold nights.
