The tiny house contains a few games for any gamers out there. There is chess, backgammon, and cards available. The tiny house has a 19-gallon water heater. The hot water for showers will last about 7 to 10 minutes. If it runs out, it refills after about 10 to 20 minutes.

They have easy access to the Metro bus just a block away from the tiny house. A 15 to 20-minute ride by car or bus puts you downtown near the Washington State ferries, the Space Needle, Pike's market, and Seattle Center. The tiny house has indoor and outdoor access through French doors which open to the outside garden.
