A Unique Blend of Luxury and Childhood Bliss

People from all over the world have stayed in this magical treehouse. You can experience the one-of-a-kind blend of childhood bliss and grown-up luxury all for yourself. This luxury treehouse cabin building was designed by Seth Bolt (from the band Need to Breathe), who grew up on Bolt Farm. Larry Bolt (Seth's dad), has been building and remodeling home designs for over 40 years in upstate South Carolina. Both Larry and Seth both love creating masterpieces designs (they built their home from timber they harvested from their land) and this luxury treehouse cabin building is one of their finest works of art. Regina Bolt (Seth's mom) is the caretaker of the treehouse, and one of the top-producing real estate agents in South Carolina because of how much she cares for others and helping their dreams come true. Regina will make sure your treehouse stay is comfortable and unforgettable. The treehouse cabin building has heating and air conditioning.

Year-Round Destination Surrounded by Nature

The treehouse vacation rental is a year-round destination. There is a bathroom in the treehouse vacation rental and an outdoor shower with a hot water supply for you to use. The treehouse is located on 40 acres of property with gardens, untouched forest, white oaks, songbirds, red oaks, hickory and dogwood trees, creeks and 2.5 miles of trails that are great for walking, jogging, hiking, and mountain biking (bring your own). During your vacation stay you can enjoy organic, locally roasted coffee on the vintage fine china in the treehouse cabin building. The treehouse cabin building allows anyone of any age to feel like a kid again.

Privacy and Additional Accommodation Options

Unlike most treehouses, which are usually located very close to the primary home, this treehouse cabin building is in the middle of the forest. You will have 100 percent privacy to come and go as you please. The signs will lead you down a private little path to park in front of the treehouse vacation rental. Bolt Farm grows seasonal vegetables, even winter greens that are 100 percent organic. If you need more beds, they have more rental properties (a fully furnished home and studio apartment) and can provide accommodations for groups of up to 8 people.
