The interior is soulfully modern with whiteboard and batting, a claw foot tub, double fireplaces, and a bright kitchen with new everything. The master bedroom is downstairs and has private door accommodations. The loft area has a double bed and a twin bed and is open to the downstairs, without a private door. The loft is accessed by a ship's ladder and is not recommended for small children or the elderly. The poured concrete floors have been outfitted with thermal heat so feet never need to be cold. There are two workspaces, one down and one up, two televisions, and one main eating area downstairs. It is a small 1000 square foot home, but it is efficient. One bathroom with laundry facilities as well. Good WIFI and Dish service.
