This tiny house is a fusion of 2 shipping containers to include 20 foot and 40-foot steel containers, with the interior insulated and paneled in pine shiplap and trimmed in 100 plus year-old barn wood. There is one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and one bedroom and bathroom upstairs to allow for two private suites, perfect for couples traveling together. The shipping container home is only 12 minutes from the Magnolia Silos and Baylor. The Helm has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another bedroom with a queen-sized room. The tiny house has a kitchen, free parking on premises, wifi, television, air conditioning, hairdryer, and dedicated workspace.

The location is a safe rural neighborhood, just north of Waco and close to the I-35. The home is surrounded by trees, with cattle grazing nearby. Guests of the tiny house are also welcome to use the lawn. During your vacation stay you can shop and eat in Homestead Cafe and Craft Village, just minutes away by road. To get around you can bring your car and park right at the house, and there is also Uber is available.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with white walls, wood floors, and an open living/dining area with a kitchen. The kitchen has modern appliances to include a small fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. The kitchen has butcher block countertops, a good-sized sink, and cabinets for storage. There is a bedroom on the main floor along with a bathroom with a shower. Throughout the tiny home, you will find shiplap painter either white or black as is the case in the main floor bathroom.

The upstairs bedroom looks much the same as the main floor bedroom with white shiplap walls, a queen-sized bed, and a sliding barn door for privacy. The farmhouse style shipping container home feels spacious with plenty of windows to let in the natural light. The upstairs bathroom like the main floor has a shower, a vanity with a sink, and a toilet with modern black shiplap walls. The bedrooms have comfy Tuft and Needle Mattresses. You can access the upstairs outdoor patio via a spiral staircase from the exterior of the shipping container home, or through the sliding glass doors in the second bedroom.
