Taupo Bay beach is a beautiful beach and has safe swimming and surf. Beach access is a 10-minute walk or quick drive. The tiny home is a micro sanctuary to guinea pigs, pigs, goats, and a cat.

The tiny house truck has electricity, water, a fire, deck, 2 exterior baths, a compost toilet, shower, tub, washing machine, kitchen with gas stove and oven, and fridge. There is a computer to use and wifi. In extreme winds, the roof can be lowered and the lounge can become the third bedroom. This inspiring couple purchased the stunning property by the beach with panoramic ocean views and turned the old house bus into both an amazing family home and the dream Airbnb getaway that it is today. The family lives in the house bus during the winter months and then rents it out during the summer on Airbnb to help generate some additional income. In the future, the family plan to build an additional small home on the property so the house bus can become a full-time Airbnb.
