The cabin is nestled on 13 lovely acres of land, you can step outside and enjoy the peace and quiet while sitting on the front porch, watching the sunset from atop the hill, or listening to the crackling fire. During your vacation stay, you can feel free to explore the property via the mowed walking trails. There is a fire pit located between the tiny house and the owner's home. There is plenty of wood provided as well as chairs.

Walking Trails and Access Information

If you are looking for a longer walk, Willow Spring Road turns to dirt just beyond the tiny house driveway and is a lovely, mostly shaded, and quiet place to walk. There is parking on the property for 1 vehicle. You must be able to comfortably climb a ladder to access the sleeping loft. There is available Wifi, but no television. The bathroom is equipped with a composting toilet. For tall guests, you'll want to note that the ceiling height in the kitchen and bathroom is 6 feet 4 inches. The tiny house has a window air conditioning unit that keeps the cabin nice and cool in the summer, and an electric oil heater to keep it toasty in the winter. Upon request, the owners can provide a small amount of wood and in-person instructions on how to use the tiny wood stove. You'll want to note that country living can bring a variety of surprises, thankfully none of which are dangerous.

You may see some of the property's resident wild animals such as deer, turkeys, and if you are lucky a red fox. You'll want to note you may also occasionally hear their friendly neighbors utilizing machinery or tending to their animals.
