The stylish tiny house sits right at the edge of town on 3 private, wooded acres. The tiny house is named La Petite and the owners think the home takes glamping to a whole new level.

The story of La Petite begins in neighboring Fredericksburg where a local high school senior collaborated with his designer/builder dad to help construct it from scratch for his senior school project. Together the father and son purchased it, tucked the tiny house into the piece of wooded paradise, and then built an incredible outdoor tiny house space to complete the vacation experience. They decorated the little piece of glamping heaven into a contemporary style with a bit of a 1960’s flair. La Petite tiny house has a private bathroom, and a spacious loft with a low profile king-sized bed. The tiny house kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils, along with a fridge, freezer, two-burner gas stove, and a microwave.

The tiny house also has a smart television, WiFi, and Bluetooth speaker. When you step outside the front door you’ll find a wrap-around two-level deck with a hot tub, modern patio furniture, a covered patio with hammock chairs, a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a fire ring, all of which is surrounded by the privacy of nature and lit by the glow of string lights. Whether you enjoy the luxuries of modern life or aim to escape into nature, the owners think you’ll find your happy place right at La Petite tiny house. You can come and experience a few days of hill country peace and relaxation, great for the soul.

Out of respect for the tiny house guests, the housekeepers, and the environment, the owners use environmentally-friendly detergents, soaps, and cleaners at the tiny house. They also recycle, provide recycled paper products, and provide a Brita water pitcher for filtered drinking water. The owners enjoy being green and this further adds to the appeal of this tiny house vacation home.

Pets are welcome at La Petite tiny house for an additional fee. You will want to declare pets at the time of the tiny house booking. During your vacation stay the entire tiny house property is available to guests to enjoy. This tiny house vacation home is beautifully finished inside and out, with comfy furnishings and all the comforts of home, and a nice sized patio, hot tub, and outdoor shower to enjoy outdoors.
