The Creation of La Petite

The story of La Petite begins in neighboring Fredericksburg where a local high school senior collaborated with his designer/builder dad to help construct it from scratch for his senior school project. Together the father and son purchased it, tucked the tiny house into the piece of wooded paradise, and then built an incredible outdoor tiny house space to complete the vacation experience. They decorated the little piece of glamping heaven into a contemporary style with a bit of a 1960's flair. La Petite tiny house has a private bathroom, and a spacious loft with a low profile king-sized bed. The tiny house kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils, along with a fridge, freezer, two-burner gas stove, and a microwave.

The tiny house also has a smart television, WiFi, and Bluetooth speaker. When you step outside the front door you'll find a wrap-around two-level deck with a hot tub, modern patio furniture, a covered patio with hammock chairs, a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and a fire ring, all of which is surrounded by the privacy of nature and lit by the glow of string lights.
