The story of La Petite begins in neighboring Fredericksburg where a local high school senior collaborated with his designer/builder dad to help construct it from scratch for his senior school project. Together the father and son purchased it, tucked the tiny house into the piece of wooded paradise, and then built an incredible outdoor tiny house space to complete the vacation experience.
