The tiny house kitchen is stocked with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, Keurig, French Press, teapot, tea kettle, and bar accessories. The tiny house has a luxurious tiled shower/bathroom, and a vintage clawfoot tub out on the back porch. There is a 10 foot by 16-foot patio equipped with gas grill and fire pit and hammock, an outdoor shower, smart television, bikes, kayak, paddleboard, surfboards, yeti cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella.

This tiny house is a labor of love, a beautiful place created for guests to enjoy. The Saltwood Cottage is next door to the owner's house but separated by a fence, to give guests privacy. You can feel free to say hey to the owners anytime. You may see their friendly dog Kona or their chickens if you'd like. All of their amenities to include the surfboard, kayak, and more will be yours to use and kept on the property of the small cottage plan for you to use the entire time of your stay. They will be allowing extra time between each stay to thoroughly clean and disinfect every nook and cranny of the Saltwood Cottage. They are joining The Outer Banks Tourism Pledge this year, which means they care about the health and well being of their community and their vacation guests.
