The Greenwood is a custom-designed guesthouse located in East Nashville, Tennessee, United States. The guesthouse can accommodate up to six guests with one bedroom and one bathroom. During your vacation stay, you'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself. When you arrive it is self-check-in with a keypad. To all the Greenwood's former and future guests who have reached out to the vacation home after the devastating tornado that hit Nashville, they want to thank you so much for your concern for their safety. The owners are so unbelievably fortunate that they are safe and sound. Many of the vacation property neighbors, however, were not so fortunate. Nashvillians however are resilient, and Tennessee is not called the Volunteer State by accident. They have bounced back from disasters before and are ready to host you in this amazing city, and can't wait to have you.

Location and Comfort

This custom-designed East Nashville home design is the perfect location for you to explore everything Nashville has to offer just 15 minutes to the airport with ample off-street parking. Whether you are on a vacation by yourself or visiting the home with a group, the homeowners designed the vacation house with your comfort in mind. The Greenwood has an open floor plan in the kitchen and living room which allows for utility and comfort. The kitchen has all the appliances you'll need - sink, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. We also provide all the cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for a home away from home. The kitchen island in the home design doubles as seating for four for dining. In the living room, there is a sofa, a side chair, and a 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart television. The wifi consistently provides over 100MB of fast internet, they offer Xfinity Cable with all the movie channels and access to the owner's Netflix account.

In-Unit Amenities

The Greenwood has an in-unit laundry that is available during your vacation stay, and you'll also have detergent and dryer sheets available for your use. The vacation home has a master bedroom that boasts a king-sized bed, a 50-inch Smart television, and has a generous master closet, especially useful if you are staying for an extended period so you'll be able to unpack and make yourself at home. The closet also has a vanity that can double as a workspace. The bathroom in the Greenwood has been thoughtfully designed with a nice-sized, tile enclosed shower and 60-inch vanity.

Privacy and Outdoor Space

The guesthouse was designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. During your vacation stay, you'll have exclusive use of the driveway that offers tandem, off-street parking for up to three cars, or two SUVs. You will have a nice sized yard with an outdoor entertaining space and hot tub that is separated from the back yard by a privacy fence. During your vacation stay, you can feel free to come and go as you please. You will access the guesthouse using a keypad code for the front door. Inside you will have access to everything except for a storage closet they will use to keep supplies.
