The Luv Shack is nestled quietly amongst the serene untouched bushland within the world-class oceanfront residential estate Sunrise at 1770, providing the perfect spot for a couples hideaway. The modern vacation home features airconditioning in the master, a standalone bath, an open plan lounge, a fully self-contained kitchen, and oneway screening to enjoy the bracken fern that surrounds the home. There are sliding glass doors that open to the deck with blackout screening to enjoy the bracken fern surrounds and to get back to the simple luxuries of living in the bush.

The Luv Shack has an open floor plan feel that combines a modern, fully self-contained kitchen and open living area which draws in the leafy surrounds with its expansive glass windows. There is a large standalone bathtub that compliments the master suite and allows guests to get back to nature while enjoying all the comforts of modern living. You are sure to find some romance and relaxation in this beautiful secluded home design. The air-conditioned king-sized master bedroom has an adjoining ensuite with a shower, water closet, and a standalone bath. There is also a DVD player and flat-screen television.

The Luv Shack vacation home design enjoys access to the residential estate Sunrise at 1770's world-class facilities, to include 2 infinity pools, barbecues, tennis courts (you'll want to bring along your racquets and balls), a basketball ring, a volleyball court, children's playground, and a shaded wading pool for the kids. Sunrise at 1770 also enjoys private access to 4 beaches to include Springs Beach (voted Australia's Best Beach), China Beach, Sunrise Beach, and Red Rock Beach. The estate facilities and the beach access tracks are about a 3-minute drive from The Luv Shack. The Sunrise at 1770 is located just a short 5-minute drive from the main center of Agnes Water where there are several cafes, restaurants, grocery shops, and boutique stores located. The Luv Shack vacation home design is located just a 15-minute drive to the Town of 1770, where trips to the Great Barrier Reef leave daily (weather permitting). This is your perfect vacation getaway location.

Important Considerations for Guests

You'll want to note that the Luv Shack vacation home has only one bathroom which is an ensuite to the master bedroom. The master suite has a king-sized master bed. It is important to also note that there is a strict no party or function policy according to complex bylaws, guests to the Luv Shack who receive a noise complaint will be asked to vacate the complex. This vacation home is not serviced, and the linen provided is for the entirety of your stay. If you wish to have the vacation home serviced with a linen change, you'll want to add $250 per service day.
