From the Outside You Might Not Know That This Is a Luxury Tiny House

Designing Your Dream Tiny Home

Maybe you don't want a large and spacious house, but you love the look and feel of a modern, luxurious home. If you love luxurious and stylish home designs, there are ways to build the home of your dreams at a lower price by building a smaller home. A small home doesn't have to compromise design integrity. If you want a unique home without the high price, there are ways to customize a small home to suit your budget, lifestyle and needs. When designing your home consider how you're going to be using the space on a daily basis if you plan on living in it full-time and keep things simple. You can search around and get certain items for lower prices that still look great. This small home design from Chris Heininge Construction shows us just how beautiful a small home can be without compromising any modern luxuries.

Exterior Features and Aesthetic Appeal

The tiny house on wheels may be small, but it certainly has a lot of style packed into it. You will notice on the exterior the choice of siding that makes the home feel modern but still down to earth and then the black framed windows that really create an up to date look. The sliding doors also offer a larger entrance way and a nicer view to the outside world. As you can also see, the windows are tinted which will help keep privacy within the home and it will help to diffuse some of the sunlight and heat from the sun. Inside, the home is nice and cozy but modern. There is a small leather sofa in the living room with a regular coffee table and a small bench for extra seating.

Efficient and Functional Interior Layout

There's also a small TV in the corner on its own shelf and also a set of drawers for storage. The kitchen is right beside the living room with a simple induction cooktop, microwave, sink and fridge, and plenty of cabinet space and drawers. There is another counter space across from the kitchen which can act as the dining room table and a desk too with storage above it as well. It's always a smart idea to have versatile spaces like this in a smaller home so as to make the most of the space. Right next to the kitchen is the bathroom which holds a shower and a toilet with some storage, plus stacked washer and dryer units. Some people living in tiny houses get the all in one washer dryer units but the separate units always do such a great job so it would be nice to have them.

Impressive Loft Design and Space Utilization

The most impressive thing about this tiny house is the loft that you can stand up in. A storage staircase leads to the loft space which holds the bed and plenty of storage drawers as well. There's also a great window up there too which allows light into the space and opens it up tremendously. The staircase even includes a little fireplace at the bottom which is a nice touch. This particular tiny home can either be built on a trailer or on a foundation. It measures 10 feet wide by 20 feet long which isn't a lot of space but they did an excellent job of designing it and making use of every square inch of space. Most tiny houses on wheels are only 8.5 feet wide which makes them feel a lot smaller so as you can see, even just a foot and a half can make a big difference in the layout of the home. If you love small spaces and you're interested in tiny homes this home will be a great inspiration for you.
