This small home design from Chris Heininge Construction shows us just how beautiful a small home can be without compromising any modern luxuries. The tiny house on wheels may be small, but it certainly has a lot of style packed into it. You will notice on the exterior the choice of siding that makes the home feel modern but still down to earth and then the black framed windows that really create an up to date look.

It's always a smart idea to have versatile spaces like this in a smaller home so as to make the most of the space. Right next to the kitchen is the bathroom which holds a shower and a toilet with some storage, plus stacked washer and dryer units.

The most impressive thing about this tiny house is the loft that you can stand up in. A storage staircase leads to the loft space which holds the bed and plenty of storage drawers as well.

There's also a great window up there too which allows light into the space and opens it up tremendously. The staircase even includes a little fireplace at the bottom which is a nice touch. This particular tiny home can either be built on a trailer or on a foundation.

It measures 10 feet wide by 20 feet long which isn't a lot of space but they did an excellent job of designing it and making use of every square inch of space.
