The Lookout is the only single-bed cabin building on the property, great for a romantic getaway or as a home base for your work trip to Chattanooga. In the cabin, you'll have high-speed internet and comfortable office space that will ensure that you are productive while you enjoy your private hot tub, furnished back deck, covered front porch with charcoal grill, and an incredibly memorable, charming space surrounded by nature. Wauhatchie Woodlands is a family-owned collection of quaint, tiny-home, rustic-comfort log cabins on a 14-acre wooded property surrounded by National Park land. This natural setting is nested less than a mile from the city with quick access to downtown Chattanooga, Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and the surrounding area.

The Lookout Cabin sleeps 2 guests on a memory foam king-sized bed in the sleeping loft. The wood cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, smart TV, leather recliners, and so much more. Whether it's for a romantic weekend getaway, a staycation, or a work trip, the Lookout Cabin is equipped with everything you could ever need to make the most of your vacation time in Chattanooga. Starting from the back, you'll find the fully furnished deck, surrounded by decades-old trees, next to the deck awaits a space of pure relaxation, your hot tub with curtains for extra privacy. The living room features a cozy reclining leather couch, 2 lounge chairs, and a smart TV. The kitchen is stocked with kitchen essentials including a coffee maker. The cabin has a small bar-height counter for two providing dining space. In the back portion of the wood cabin are office space outfitted with a spacious desk and comfortable chair. Up the stairs to the loft, you'll find the memory foam king-sized bed.

Dedicated Guest Services and Pet-Friendly Policy

To make sure your vacation stay at Wauhatchie Woodlands is perfect, the locally based Guest Services representatives are on-call from 8 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. The property is pleased to allow dogs at the Lookout Cabin, under specific terms and conditions. See the pet policy for more information. You'll have your entire wood cabin to yourself, as well as a private deck and hot tub. Your cabin is located within Wauhatchie Woodlands, a 14-acre property surrounded by National Forest. In addition to your vacation cabin, you'll have access to trails throughout the grounds, as well as shared pavilions, community fire pits, and playgrounds.

Considerations for Light Sleepers

You will want to note about the trains and noise. Chattanooga is a city known for its railroads. There are active train tracks that border the property to the north and I-24 is about half a mile away. Please note that light sleepers may be affected by the ambient city and train noise. Each cabin building has been equipped with a white noise machine to help minimize any disturbance.
