Fernando's Cabin building has horses just over the fence, a babbling brook in the spring, and a partial view of Stratton. You will fall in love with this special tiny cabin in the woods. You can wander and hike the trails and even pick some apples along the way. The cabin building is just a 3-minute dirt road drive to Magic Mountain where you can enjoy east coast skiing. Just 100 yards away there is a new sauna and a beautiful hot tub.

Comforts of Home in the Woods

The cabin building is just off the backside of Magic Mountain. The area has the best East Coast steep and deep skiing. This cabin building is the perfect little escape with all the comforts of home. The wood cabin has flannel sheets, vintage furniture and a big brass bed. You'll wake up in the morning to a view of the woods, a babbling brook and chirping birds. Take a shower in the cutest bathroom, with the perfect little window to the bedroom. Brew your morning cup of coffee while you look out at the fresh snow. The kitchen has a double burner, microwave and fridge and should meet your basic cooking needs.

Activities and Local Attractions

This cabin building is situated on a quiet dirt road with some of Vermont's most scenic farmhouses and country views. During your vacation stay you can enjoy activities such as cheese making, dog sledding, sleigh rides, and local eateries from the owners friends who are just minutes away. The Londonderry IGA is located just ten minutes away from the tiny cabin building for all your shopping needs. There is a trail system for hiking and crosscountry skiing and the Viking ski center is just a 4 minute drive if you like groomed and a traditional old school skiing and a hot chocolate experience.

Exploration and Natural Beauty

Guests to the tiny cabin have access to the trail system. There is awesome nearby restaurants, and great walks along the farm road. You can feel free to borrow sleds to use on any of the hills on the property. If the pond is frozen and cleared during your stay you can go-ahead to skate as long as you ask first. Most guests end up exploring the property on their off days and hitting the slopes on the good snow days. Bromley and Stratton are both about 15 minutes away. This is a bountiful vacation property, from berries to apples and flowers too. You can feel free to pick, but also want to ask first for this. This vacation rental is a very chill and quiet place.
