The tiny home is just 25 minutes to downtown Knoxville, 35 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 50 minutes to Gatlinburg. The closest airport is 12 to 15 minutes away (itโ€™s the Knoxville airport- McGhee Tyson airport). Don't forget to check out the rooftop deck when you are there which is perfect for happy hour cocktails or laying and watching the stars. Access to a great river spot to bring camp chairs or a hammock. There is also a big rock down at the river that is perfect to fish on. This vacation home does not allow children or pets.

The tiny home is located on 2 acres, sharing that acreage with another house. There is a privacy fence between the two. There is a neighborhood behind the property. But the owners have tried their best to make you feel secluded here with curtains on the deck, a privacy fence, and facing the river. The vacation home has a grill, and a 2 burner stove your plugin is under the sink with several pots and pans. There are also roasting sticks so you can make smore's/hotdog on the fire. The tiny house is located in Maryville, Tennessee, the United States close to downtown Knoxville, a greenway for walking or biking, Townsend with 700 plus miles of beautiful hiking trails. Also close to ziplining, Dollywood, Splash Country, horseback riding, tubing/rafting, Cades Cove, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.

There are plenty of things to do while you visit the Pigeon Forge area. You'll find everything from Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, fishing, golf, mini-golf, white water rafting, shopping, and the great hiking and beautiful waterfalls of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This is the perfect tiny house for a Smoky Mountain vacation. Not all that long ago this beautiful area was just a small, sleepy community where cornfields and the occasional small business lined the two-lane highway.

Today you'll find the once two-lane highway is now six lanes wide and is known as the Parkway. A big part of the draw of this area as a top tourist destination came in 1986 when Dolly Parton gave her name to Dollywood, which is now the theme park that sits on the former Silver Dollar City site. People from all over the world immediately loved the place, and visitors of all ages continue to visit the theme park. Today you will find a wide variety of activities to do from hiking to entertainment to outlet malls, restaurants, theaters, craft, gift, and specialty shops, along with local parks, mini-golf, fishing, and so much more.
