Stunning Location and Design

With a location set close to the beach, surrounded by stunning views this tiny house design fits in perfectly where it sits. This tiny house design is both modern and a bit rustic too. The modern exterior makes the home look so contemporary; then, on the inside, they used plenty of white and rustic wood finishes giving this lovely tiny house design a unique rustic country chic feel. The use of lots of windows allows you not only to look out at the stunning scenery but allows lots of natural light into this tiny house design. One of the walls is actually dedicated to a garage door which really opens up the floor plan and design. The garage door is great because it can be opened up wide on warmer days to connect with an outdoor patio that flows continuously with the interior living room. For those who want to have a large opening to the outdoors but don't want to install a garage door, French doors are also a good option, especially with glass so that the interior still gets light and views even when the doors are closed.

Comfortable Living Space

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a chair for seating making it look just like a regular living room. There are also stairs leading up to the bedroom loft which makes it very accessible. Since they are floating steps, the staircase creates a nice barrier from the kitchen without closing it off from the living room. The white kitchen cabinets and white walls inside the tiny house interior design make the tiny house design feel spacious and light. You could live in this tiny house design full time, or use it as a vacation getaway close to the beach. Either way, there is so much to love about this unique tiny house design. The home also features an upstairs loft as well as upstairs and downstairs patios. The downstairs patio folds up and is custom welded making it easy to fold up for transportation and then easy to fold down once the tiny house is parked at the destination.

Unique Features and Affordability

Since it's a beach house, there is some great surfboard storage outside as well, and the deck and steps to the home are created out of old wooden surfboards which is a really unique and special touch. There's also a full bathroom with a composting toilet, a shower and a sink with storage underneath. There's also a huge storage closet downstairs for some great storage. The home costs around $80,000 with everything you see inside of it which may seem steep, but when everything is priced out, the prices definitely add up. Downsizing into a unique tiny house design can be a way to save money on things like heating, taxes, building costs, home maintenance, and repair costs. For many people buying the tiny house or building a tiny house, means that they can afford to own their home outright, and in doing so they can afford to do more of the things they love from pursuing hobbies, travelling, and passions.
