Interior Features and Amenities

This modern tiny house has two lofts, one with a king-sized bed and another with a full bed. The king-sized bed is accessed by a normal rise and run staircase, and the full-sized bed is accessed by a wooden ladder. On the main level of the tiny house, there is a kitchen with a smaller sized oven and a 3 burner stove top, an apartment-sized fridge/freezer, a living room with a fold-down couch/futon that can also be closed off into its room, and a quaint dining table with scenic views over the surrounding area. Access and Off-Grid Considerations

There is about a 100 to 150-yard walk up a sloped hill from the parking spot to get to the tiny house. You will want to keep in mind that the tiny house is off the grid, so it is important to be cautious about your electricity and water usage as both of the utilities are capped by the amount of water in the well and the electricity in the batteries. During the winter, when the surface water is not running and the sun is not hitting the solar panels for long periods, it is especially important to be conservative of these tiny house utilities.

Utilities and Internet Access

All of the heat, water, and forced air are supplied via propane so you won't have to worry about running out of the heat in the tiny house or anything despite being off the grid. This tiny house vacation rental is a good way to experience off-grid living. The internet is via satellite internet which means the data is capped with internet usage. To not run out of the daytime internet data, this is not the place to come to stream videos or music.
