The tiny house design sits on 3/4 acres. During your vacation stay, you'll feel the tranquility of this beautiful property and is located just 10 minutes to Vilano Beach or the historic downtown. The studio tiny house is equipped with a kitchenette, coffee/tea, sink, and toilet. You can commune with nature in your private outdoor shower and hot tub.

The charming small cottage plan has a covered front porch with comfy seating, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea and relaxing at the end of the day. Once inside you'll be surprised at just how spacious the cozy cottage feels. The small cottage plan has a peaked roof with wooden floors and white walls which give it a modern and airy feel. You'll want to note that to get to the upstairs loft you will need to use a ladder, so if you are not comfortable with this, the Captains Quarters might not be right for you.

The cozy tiny house has a queen-sized bed that is located on the main floor. During your vacation stay, you'll have the entire tiny house to yourself which allows you the freedom to come and go as you like. The tiny house has a yard that is very private with large trees, where you can enjoy songbirds and woodpeckers. At night you can sit in the hot tub or at the Franklin stove and be mesmerized by the beautiful night sky. You'll have a unique vacation experience of being at one with nature in the exotic private outdoor shower.

Exclusive Outdoor Features and Parking

The tiny house has a very private outdoor shower that is yours to enjoy exclusively on your vacation stay. The hot tub is closed July, through to September, there is a Franklin Stove, and a gas grill on the main deck that is shared and available for your use. There is plenty of room for parking. Both early or late check-ins can often be accommodated. You'll want to communicate your needs and they will try to make it work for you.

The tiny house is located in one of St Augustine's quiet well-established neighborhoods. The tiny house property was the original 1920's historic Ravenswood Dairy Farm. During your vacation stay, you'll enjoy the sounds of songbirds, woodpeckers, and the beautiful starry skies. The tiny house is only a 5 to 10 minutes drive to beaches and historic downtown. Guests to the Captains Quarters can rely on Uber or their vehicles. The tiny house is just a 15-minute bike ride away from all the activities.
