Larry Bolt (Seth's dad), has been building and remodeling home designs for over 40 years in upstate South Carolina. Both Larry and Seth both love creating masterpieces designs (they built their home from timber they harvested from their land) and this luxury treehouse cabin building is one of their finest works of art. Regina Bolt (Seth's mom) is the caretaker of the treehouse, and one of the top-producing real estate agents in South Carolina because of how much she cares for others and helping their dreams come true. There is a bathroom in the treehouse vacation rental and an outdoor shower with a hot water supply for you to use. The treehouse is located on 40 acres of property with gardens, untouched forest, white oaks, songbirds, red oaks, hickory and dogwood trees, creeks and 2.5 miles of trails that are great for walking, jogging, hiking, and mountain biking (bring your own). During your vacation stay you can enjoy organic, locally roasted coffee on the vintage fine china in the treehouse cabin building.
