With a beautiful view of the Cabinet Mountains, it's great for small families and couples, situated in the beautiful Kootenai Valley 9 miles south of Libby, Montana. Located on a family farm, this is a great vacation getaway while you enjoy the many attractions the area offers, including outdoor activities and local festivals. Shop Tiny Homes Three rooms to include the main room with a kitchen, pantry, living, high-speed wifi, internet TV, double bed, couch/futon that folds out to sleep 2, small wood stove, coffee maker, microwave, fridge. There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub/shower. Water and dryer in the hallway. The bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. There is an outdoor covered front porch with chairs to enjoy the view. You can access all of the rooms inside the log cabin. Pots, pans, utensils, cups, coffee makers, and wood for the fire are included. There are extra pillows and blankets for the futon and double bed.

The yard is roomy and the entire lot is flat and has room for up to 4 cars to park. Access is 300 feet off Farm to Market Road, serviced and accessible year-round. In summer there are more than 5000 square feet of mowed lawn, and shady pine trees, and next to organic gardens and the organic orchard. Guests are welcome to pick and eat apples from the orchard in season. All gardens, orchards, and farms surrounding the cabin are organic and chemical-free.

The Kootenai National Forest has hundreds of miles of hiking trails and many scenic places to camp with wildflowers and huckleberries nearby. High mountain lakes, miles of streams, and the Kootenai River beckon the angler. 90-mile-long Lake Koocanusa is a major attraction to boaters and lake fishermen. There is a small downhill ski area with a T-bar and miles of backcountry roads for X-Country skiing and snowmobiling.

The Kootenai National Forest contains 2.2 million acres of mountains and forest for public land for camping, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, skiing, wildlife viewing, and more. The Kootenai Forest is dominated by two major rivers the Kootenai and Clark Fork, along with several smaller rivers and their tributaries. The Yaak, Fisher, Tobacco, Bull, and Vermillion Rivers are smaller rivers within the confines of the Forest. There are 141 lakes located within the Forest boundaries that range from small alpine lakes to 1,240-acre Bull Lake. The Forest has over 1,400 miles of hiking trails and many miles of backcountry roads for the visitor. In the winter there are over 70 miles of groomed snowmobile trails and many more miles of ungroomed and off-trail riding for snowmachines and cross-country skiers.
