The cabin has DirectTV over the fireplace with a brand new 50-inch 4K flat screen, DirectTV in the master bedroom on the first floor, and Digital Clock with a USB port, Xbox 360 in the upstairs Queen Bedroom, and Digital Clock with a USB port. There are towels and bed linens provided with two extra pillows in each of the three bedrooms, use of the washer and dryer is included with detergent and dryer sheets (Bounce), a Keurig coffee maker available with a variety of pods, and a Crockpot. The owners have no trouble getting to the cabin in a Honda Civic. Once at the cabin, the vacation property levels out and is on level ground. Do not lose your momentum when going up the steeper part of the driveway.

Maramec Spring Park is one of the most beautiful spots to be found in Missouri. The Park contains the fifth-largest spring in the state. An average of 100 million gallons of water flows from the Spring daily. Maramec Spring Park contains 1,860 acres of forest and fields. The 200-acre public-use area of the Park provides many amenities and activities for visitors such as a cafe, store, camping, wildlife viewing, fish feeding, picnicking, shelters, playgrounds, and fishing. The Meramec River, a clear calm Ozark stream, flows through the park providing excellent fishing. Maramec Spring Park is privately owned and operated by The James Foundation. The James Foundation is a non-profit organization incorporated in the State of Missouri. The beautiful spring is filled with rainbow trout, stocked daily by the Missouri Department of Conservation. Trout season starts March 1st until October 31. Catch and Release fishing runs from November through February.
