The small cottage plan is located in a very quiet residential area, just 15 minutes to the beach in the Bal Harbor area. Shop Tiny Homes The cottage is located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with its independent entry. You'll enjoy the tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of the owner's house. They use the pool very little and give priority to guests to enjoy during their stay. Parking is available in the front yard. There is no kitchen but a microwave and a fridge. television, cable and wifi. For this location, it is suggested to have a car. Public transportations are pretty slow.
The small cottage plan is about 400 square feet and is located in a very quiet neighborhood that is surrounded by a very lush tropical garden.
The small cottage vacation rental has a brand new queen-sized bed, television with cable, wifi, new ductless air conditioning, new shower, fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, Nespresso machine, iron, and Alexa. There is free parking in front of the main house. The small cottage plan is located in a very safe area that is centrally located close to Aventura, Bal Harbor, Design District, Surfside and the beach.
Guests to the small cottage will have access to the pool which is a good size at 15 feet by 30 feet, a backyard, tropical tiki hut, and long chairs.
On the back of the small cottage plan, there is a private space with an umbrella, table and chairs which is offered for the guests only. Adults to the cottage can use bikes available free of charge, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. The owners can add a Pack and Play for a baby or extra full mattress for a kid. Biscayne Park is one of the best-kept secrets in Miami and is nicknamed the bird's sanctuary. It is suggested that you have a car as public transportation is very slow going. You might choose to use Uber or Lyft, otherwise, the bus stops at about 3 minutes walking distance away. Parking is available in the front yard.
Biscayne Park is a village in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.
The village was developed in the 1920s by Arthur Griffing and was originally a neighborhood of the City of Miami when it was then annexed into the City of Miami in 1925. With the arrival of the Great Depression, the City of Miami gave up its jurisdiction and Biscayne Park was later incorporated as a town in 1931. In 1933, the town decided to become a village, and at that time changed its name to the Village of Biscayne. There are lots to see and do in Biscayne with some activities to include visiting the Modern Museum of Art, Haulover Park, Biscayne Avenue and so much more.
