This cabin retreat is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life, conveniently located just three miles from Watkins Glen Gorge and Watkins Glen International. The cabin building is the only building on a 12-acre wooded lot that is landscaped with myrtle, hosta, and other shade-tolerant plants and shrubbery. There is also a garden pond, a fountain, and a flowing birdbath. You'll also find two comfortable chairs on the front porch.

Ideal for Couples and Families

The cabin building is constructed in an open floorplan and is best suited for couples or small families who are looking to get away for a week or a weekend to spend some quality time with one other. Some of the wildlife you will see include turkey, grouse, white-tail deer, chipmunks, rabbits, and songbirds are all common visitors to the landscape. Guests to the cabin building have full access to the cabin building and surrounding areas. The vacation rental offers fresh eggs and veggies in season. The cabin building vacation rental feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, and only a couple of miles from town. Public transit is not available on the weekends and only at certain times during the day. You'll want to note that the stairs to the loft are steep and narrow. The upstairs loft has two beds in the cabin building, a full-sized and a queen-sized bed. The upstairs loft has a new hand-sculpted wooden lamp and end tables to go with the two beds.
