You'll love this rustic vacation getaway with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and suitable for up to 8 guests. This rustic little house located in Cortez, Colorado, thinks it's a big house and has two queen-sized beds in the loft upstairs with a half bathroom. Just outside the sliding glass doors, you can enjoy the beautiful view and sounds of the creek below from the covered balcony. Downstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a vanity sink and dressing area. From the master bedroom, you can walk directly outside onto the lower back deck.
A few steps away, relax beneath the large shade tree in the double swing listening to the songbirds and the creek below. There is a full kitchen supplied with many of the amenities you will need, including a dishwasher. The bathroom downstairs is accessible to all guests with a shower, toilet, and sink. The living area has a fold-out couch, which makes it into a queen bed for those extra guests. Enjoy the deck in front of the vacation home supplied with an outdoor table and chairs while cooking dinner on the BBQ. Other amenities you will find include a washer/dryer, wifi, TV with a Roku (Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN Plus included), DVD player, air conditioning, electric heat, and a baby Pack 'n Play.
The rustic hideaway is located on a 5-acre parcel approximately 3 miles from the town of Cortez. The vacation property may have cows on it, however, they will be separated from the house by an electric fence. There are 2 streams near the house. Parents are responsible for watching their children near the streams. Please note it is recommended that you have a car to get to the property.
