Recreational Resort Cottages Features Their New Dream Seeker Tiny House on Wheels

Comparing Tiny Houses and Park Models

Tiny houses and park models may have their differences, but they are quite similar in a lot of regards too. They both offer a compact and affordable style of home with all of the comforts of home. Although tiny houses on wheels are even more compact than park models, they can have a lot of the same features. Park models can be made larger, though, and they are more widely accepted because they meet a lot of the requirements of housing regulations. Recreational Resort Cottages in Athens, Texas offers over 45 park model and tiny house designs on display with their location just south of Dallas, Texas. They also have their very own tiny house called the Dream Seeker, which is the tiny house you see here.

Classic Cabin Design and Functional Features

The tiny house on wheels has a very classic cabin design with wood siding and interior panelling making it feel like a cute cabin on the go. On the exterior, they've also added a cute little porch on the front door, which is a nice feature for a tiny house. They also added lots of great windows throughout the tiny house to maximize the light coming into the house and open it up. Inside, everything is finished with wood, and there is a ton of great storage. Including a storage cabinet by the kitchen and a storage staircase. They also have little kitchens with all the necessary appliances. Then there is a bathroom at the back with a toilet, sink and a shower.

Loft Living and Cost Considerations

It features a loft for sleeping with safety railings on the perimeter as well. They also added a few windows in the loft for good ventilation. On the main floor at the other end of the home by the entrance is the living room where they could add in some built-in seating with more storage or customers could add their own smaller sofa or chairs. This tiny house on wheels would only cost $49, 906 USD with the standard options. Then to add on anything else would be extra. Would you live in this tiny house full-time or take it on the road as a vacation home?
