32-foot Farmhouse-style Tiny House With Main-floor Bedroom

Custom Tiny House on Wheels

This 32-foot tiny house on wheels is one of the larger ones we've come across. The custom tiny home on wheels features a main-floor bedroom and cost $88,000 built by Liberation Tiny Homes of Leola, Pennsylvania. The team of professionals came together with the common goal to create unique, and custom made homes that were affordable. They're located in Lancaster County, but they will ship the tiny houses nationwide. They design and handcraft each of the tiny houses they create, staying true to their roots of handcrafting, which is still very common in Pennsylvania. The team consisting of 9 members brings together the combined experience of carpenters, designers, decorators, electricians, plumbers and more. They all had many years of work experience under their belts before teaming up to create this tiny house building business too, so they brought that with them to create these beautiful homes. Even better still, they source all of their materials locally from the local businesses and companies. They love being able to offer their clients the very best in service and quality when it comes to their tiny house builds. They also love to be able to offer people a more affordable housing option, or a way to add that extra space onto their property.

Transparent Budgeting and Design Options

The company strives to build each home within the budget the client agrees upon from day one. That way, there are little to no surprises throughout the build. The tiny house you see here is one of their completed builds and shows off how beautiful larger tiny houses can be. Liberation Tiny Homes has several home designs to choose from and their always looking to grow their options. The Modern and the Farmhouse designs have been their staple designs since they started their business. Customers can choose those designs and then have everything inside customized to suit their needs. From the floor plans to finishes and colors. They've also added the Rumspringa and a Goose Neck which is a tiny house built on a 5th-wheel trailer that allows for even more space and flexibility in the floor plan. If customers don't see exactly what their looking for and have their own unique ideas, they can also bring those ideas to the company, and they will design a completely custom tiny house from scratch. They also offer tiny houses built up until the shell stage, which means clients can have the chance to put their own finishing touches on the tiny house themselves. So they can have a hand in building their own tiny house on wheels.

Features of the Farmhouse Design

The Farmhouse is the tiny house design from Liberation Tiny Homes that you see here. It has so many great features that make it such a special tiny house on wheels. The plans start at 24 feet for $60,000, but they can be stretched out to 32 feet or longer if needed. The design features a gable-style roof with tongue and groove siding and grey metal siding. They also added a skylight in the ceiling for optimal light and views of the sky. Inside, the home also has a nice barn wood accent wall in the living room area, which is elevated to provide some room underneath for storage. They incorporated a ton of drawers and cabinets throughout the tiny house for storage space which makes great use of the tiny house floor plan. The kitchen is incredible with butcher block countertops and a nice deep ceramic farmhouse style sink. They also added in a state of the art stainless steel gas range and oven. There is one loft and a nice sized bathroom as well with so much space to move around and live a contented life. How would you like living in a tiny house like this?
