Eastwind was born in 2018 when they found the property, a gem with sweeping views of the Windham Mountain in the Catskills. They all fell in love with the Catskills in different ways, but their goal and vision were the same, and that was to create a unique Scandinavian home away from the home getaway experience. Eastwind was remodeled and built through family efforts. Every single one of the owners contributed to making Eastwind special, from the building plans to pick the linens and hanging photos on the walls, to operating the hotel and bar.
