The company will have a look at your building site with their 3D modelling program so they can see all of the views, slopes and access. This will also tell them the sun and shade patterns on the site which makes it easier to integrate passive solar elements into the design which takes advantage of the sun and shade as it changes throughout the year. It's also important to figure out your local building codes and the federal codes in your area and get the proper permitting you need to build your prefab home. When you're building any home, it's important to know your budget, so you don't end up going way over budget in your project.

Of course, it may go over your budget a bit, but if you're prepared for that, then there might not be a problem. The company takes a $5,000 Project Deposit, but this is credited back on the final project invoice. Also, a 30% Deposit holds the production place in line so that your project will get started as soon as others are finished. With all of that in mind, you can have a realistic perspective as you browse around at some of the models that are available on their website and choose the best one for you.
