This peaceful wood cabin was built in 2012 to use after the owners retired when the owners aren't there they love being able to share it with people who are looking for a wood cabin off the beaten path with amazing views. Shop Tiny Homes The timber frame cabin building is nestled into the edge of the woods. It has a full kitchen and a bathroom. The outdoor deck looks out to the east at layers of the Blue Ridge Mountains and below to the flower farm that sits at the bottom of the valley.

The cozy cabin building has a new queen-sized bed that comfortably sleeps two.

The wood cabin has a kitchen with everything you need and there is a propane barbecue grill on the deck. The bathroom has radiant floor heating and a large, double head, tile shower. The wood cabin also has an outside shower. The cabin building has cable television, a DVD player and some movies for you to enjoy in the evenings. The cozy wood cabin has a wifi signal from the main house to the cabin building, but the signal can be pretty weak at times, so they can't list the cabin as having reliable internet access. You will have the entire wood cabin to yourselves. There is a front deck where you will probably want to spend much of your time eating, relaxing and enjoying the views.

It is important to note that the cabin building has a fairly steep, but mostly paved driveway.

It is easy for two-wheel-drive vehicles so you don't have to worry. However, the weather can sometimes be unpredictable from December to March. With that said, if the area gets snow or ice they will need time to clear the driveway to make driving safe. If the area gets bad weather while you are at the cabin building the owners will let you know the best place to park until they can clear the drive. Fortunately, snow and ice in the area are infrequent.

This cabin building is in a rural area that is surrounded by farms and a couple of thousand acres that have been put into a conservancy.

Instead of hearing traffic, you will enjoy hearing coyotes, cows, and roosters in the valley. The area also has many owls, songbirds, and a pond full of frogs. The cabin building is fortunate to be surrounded by a great group of eclectic neighbors to include flower farmers Lady Luck Flower Farm, vegetable farmers Blue Ribbon Farms, potters, carpenters, veterinarians, and herbalists. The wood cabin is a 35-minute ride into downtown Asheville. The cabin building is also close to Marshall, Hot Springs, and Waynesville. The wood cabin has parking on the site. The closest grocery store is Ingles, which has a good selection of local and organic foods and is about 20 minutes from the wood cabin.
