The A-frame cabin building has a bedroom downstairs with an accompanying bathroom, along with a lofted bedroom upstairs with an adjoining bathroom. There us a couch downstairs that pulls out to a full-size mattress.

The cabin building was completely renovated recently and is very nicely equipped for cooking and relaxing.

There is a full kitchen with all the equipment you need to include a gas fireplace that is controlled directly by the Nest and Sonos speakers that are ready to wirelessly play music. There are tons of windows to let in the natural light and an open-air feeling, and you are sure to enjoy the wood cabin as much as the owner does.

Fortunately, Lake Tahoe can get a lot of snow in the winter months, making this location amazing for skiing and snowboarding, but if you travel in the winter months you'll want to have a plan in the event of a snowstorm.

The county plows all of the roads, to include the neighborhood roads when it snows, but they only come around a few times a day. The owner also pays to have the driveway cleared after 4 inches of snow accumulation. You'll want to be mindful of the road conditions and plan your vehicle choice accordingly. You can message the owner or call if you need more plowing done. Also, the wood cabin has exterior security cameras in the front and rear of the cabin for everyone's safety and you'll want to let the owner know if the snow build-up is too high on the driveway so they can make a call to get it fixed.

The A-frame wood cabin has a strict four guest per stay visit.

If the rule is ignored, they may charge up to $150/night per additional guest. So you will want to let them know in advance if your plans have changed.
