Mobile Living in A Converted Van - Wait Till You See Inside!
Discover the charm of a uniquely converted Mercedes campervan, blending rustic design with modern comforts for an adventurous mobile living experience.

Versatile Panel Van Features
The panel van is great for use as a campervan, with sizes varying in length from the short wheel (SWB), medium (MWB) up to long wheelbase (LWB). The height of the panel van also changes the interior space greatly, with medium/high tops recommended for a more comfortable space. This Mercedes Sprinter van 2016 uses reclaimed floorboards from an old Welsh chapel, stainless steel cables that support the scaffolding and canvas drop-down kids beds. The Campervan also uses strips of reworked rusty oil tank for the kitchen backsplash and whitewashed walls to make the van feel lighter.
Contrasting Aesthetics and Functional Design
The rustic interior of this Mercedes campervan conversion is a complete contrast to the clean white exterior of the van, which gives it an unexpected and cozy feel when you slide open the Campervan doors. Alongside the reclaimed building materials that were used in the campervan, they used a combination of oak and chestnut that were set against light blues and greys which help to give the interior space a washed out beachy look. The Campervan conversion has solar panels for the lights, charging points and cool box and LPG gas that runs the stove and heating system. You'll want to take a look inside this amazing Campervan conversion where you are sure to get some DIY idea for a cabin building project of your own. This is the perfect place for small house living in a space that has all the comforts of home. Campervan conversions are becoming more and more popular and are a great way to have an adventure traveling around the country. If you are considering a Campervan conversion, there are plenty of DIY ideas that you can implement to fit your lifestyle, budget and needs. You can also find someone with more experience to do the conversion for you, depending on your budget and needs.
Meet the Creators of Rustic Campers
This panel van conversion was done by Rustic Campers based in Herefordshire, UK. Bill and Beck Goddard started Rusty Campers in their dusty barn called The Rabbit Shed. It's in this dusty barn where Bills passion for woodwork while working as a tree surgeon in Cornwall and as a self-taught carpenter and wood enthusiast came to be. Beck developed a love for interiors after she studied Textiles Design at Falmouth University and loves designing and creating small spaces. This couple provides a unique service, working with a range of specialists to source everything that you might need in your custom van conversion. Whenever they can, they use local Herefordshire building materials. A lot of the timber comes from the local woodlands, with the fixtures and the fittings provided by a local blacksmith. Sheepskins come from the local butcher, and local Welsh blankets are local too.
Custom-Made Spaces with Passion and Care
Each space they create is custom made, designed and produced by them to suit your needs. The couple is passionate about what they do and pride themselves on creating beautiful one-off spaces, whether it be campervans, shepherd's huts, glamping setups and more. Each cabin building project is taken on with a great deal of care and attention to detail, which grows each year.
