The small cottage plan is just a short drive from beaches, restaurants, bars, and malls. You'll also have quick access to major freeways Miami in 30 minutes and Palm Beach in 40 minutes. During your vacation stay, you'll have the use of two free bicycles.

Comfortable and Safe Neighborhood

The Little cottage by the Pine tree is a quaint, air-conditioned and well-appointed tiny house space with private access and entrance. The small cottage plan is detached but on a shared property with a larger main house in the front. The exterior spaces are common areas and you'll want to note that pets (dogs) live on the property but are never unsupervised and seldom make any noise. Croissant Park is one of Fort Lauderdale's Oldest and safest neighborhood. In this location, there are several historic homes, some of which are over 100 years which can often look run down to some or charming to others. The majority of the community members are the elderly and families. It is a perfectly safe area to walk.

Well-Equipped Guest Accommodations

The guest room has a queen-sized bed as well as two single sofa beds that are modular. This can be either put together to make another queen-sized bed or two single beds depending on what you need. The maximum capacity of the small cottage plan is 4 guests. The tiny house has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Toiletries and towels are provided for guests as well as a hairdryer.

Convenient Amenities for Guests

The tiny cottage has a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Coffee and tea are complimentary. There is a dining space that is also available to guests and a desk for workspace. There is one parking space that is available for guests. Two bikes are available for guests to use.
