This vacation home design is a traditional Texas lake house with a Virgin Island influence, just a one hour drive southeast of downtown Dallas.

The vacation home is named Cruzan Confusion after a traditional drink of the Virgin Islands that is meant to temporarily confuse your mind from every day worries. You can pull up a barstool at the outdoor bar area that owners have aptly named Soggy Dollar North. Enjoy activities such as sitting by the outdoor fire pit, relaxing on the hammock, or taking a seat at one of the many seating areas on the expansive outdoor patio which is shaded by beautiful trees. At the lakeside boat dock, there are mooring whips to keep your boat secured for your stay, a Waverunner lift to launch the kayaks and store the Waverunners, and a slide for the kids. One of the best things about this lakeside retreat is the 360-degree views from the large party deck above the boat dock, especially at sunset. And if that weren't enough you can enjoy the game while outside, with the 50-inch 4K smart television behind the Soggy Dollar North bar.

The four-bedroom vacation retreat has a kitchen and main living area that have been recently renovated and decorated with a light coastal/nautical theme that is carried throughout all the 4 bedrooms.

The vacation home design sleeps 11 with a queen bed in one bedroom, another queen-sized bed in bedroom 2, a queen bed and twin bed in bedroom 3 and a full over full bunk bed in bedroom 4. The luxury lakeside retreat has a propane grill at the outside bar and a kitchen with new granite countertops. There is plenty of seating at mealtime to include the farmhouse dining table that expands to seat 10 to 12 people. The lakeside luxury home design has beautiful views from inside the house with an entire wall that faces the lake with sliding glass doors. The 4 bedroom house sleeps up to 12 people.
