Shop Tiny Homes During your stay, you can ride into town on the bikes, enjoy the garden patio, hot tub, and fire-pit. You can also inquire about adding a sailing excursion to your stay.
This is a 200 square foot tiny house design that is located next to the owner's main house in the backyard.
The guesthouse vacation rental has its bathroom and shower, and a kitchenette with a coffee maker with complimentary tea and coffee selection. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-fridge, electric tea kettle that completes the kitchenette. The studio guest house has plenty of natural light and a full suite of blinds on the lower windows that provides complete privacy should you want that. Like the guesthouse, the water heater is small so short showers only about 6 minutes are recommended unless you are all right with the cold. If you like longer showers this is probably not the vacation rental for you. If the water begins to lose its heat, it only takes about 30 minutes to recharge. The owners also have a pack-n-play that is available upon request for a baby. Just keep in mind that the tiny space gets pretty tight when it is in there.
The guesthouse does not have a television but there is a lovely patio garden with a fire pit, hot tub, and a gas grill to enjoy instead.
The tiny guesthouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is near the little town of Winslow and all of its amenities, and close to the Bainbridge/Seattle ferry. The guesthouse vacation rental is not in the country but has a delightful mix of moss, deep green, and natural sunlight. You will have full and private access to the tiny guesthouse and can use the owner's bicycles to get into town and back. The owners ask that the bicycles not be taken to Seattle as there is a lot of bike theft in the city. You are also welcome to share the hot tub, gas grill, fire-pit, and outdoor spaces with the owners. They live on the property, but at times there may also be guests in the main house who will be sharing the outdoor amenities.
The owners also operate a sailing charter business aboard their 44-foot classic sailing yacht, and they would love to get you out on the water.
They offer a range of options from a two-hour sail to overnight sailing adventures. You can ask them about sailing and visit SailBainbridge for more info. Guests of the tiny house receive a 10 percent discount when booking their popular 2-hour sail.
