The small cottage plan is located in a great neighborhood. You can't see other houses from the property but it sits below the main road, and highway noise is minimal. You can hear the creek from inside the cottage if you leave a window open (weather permitting). The cottage has a nice covered back porch with a day bed to relax by the creek and take a nap if you like. You have access to all the property.
