Got Some Acres to Spare? Set up These Glamping Pods to Let

Introducing the Coniston Glamping Pod

Do you have some extra space on your property and need a bit of extra indoor space? Consider these cute glamping pods from Green Eco Living in the United Kingdom. This is the Coniston Glamping Pod that's 3 meters by 6 metres or 10 feet by 19.8 feet with an ensuite and kitchenette. These little cottages can be purchased starting at just £14,000 down from £18,500. What a cool little arched shaped pod that could be used for many different purposes. These pods are also great because they have 100 mm insulation in them to keep them nice and warm. They also add insulation in the floors and the roof of these pods as well which would not only make it warmer than a regular shed but would also make it a great soundproofed space to use as a music studio. They also have windows and doors included in the packages made from UPVC to maximize the thermal value of the home and reduce the amount of energy used making these cabins very energy efficient. On the roof, they also Pantile 2000 Exterior cladding made from a galvanized lightweight metal. Plus, all of the pods are ready for electric connection once they're built including 1 consumer unit, 3 double sockets and a single socket, a double light switch, a bulkhead light, underfloor heating, a smoke detector and a C02 detector as well.

Interior Features and Design

Inside the small pod is a bathroom as well, with a shower, sink and toilet. Plus a kitchenette which is optional to add on. From the exterior, the cabins look really sweet and could even fit easily on a piece of property with a home built on it already to use as a simple guest house. The double doors have glass inserts in them bringing some light into the space. There's also another opening window at the back of the cabin as well which would allow in some more light and create some good ventilation. The main living area of the cabin is right through the front doors, with a space to add a bed, a sofa bed or a futon to sleep on but use as a couch during the day. Toward the back of the cabin is the kitchen area which is small but could have a kitchenette added in. There are units you can buy that have a sink and stove top built into it with enough room for a cabinet and mini fridge underneath. Then, a toaster oven or a microwave could also be added for cooking. Beside the kitchen is the bathroom which includes a simple bathroom set up with a toilet, shower and sink, just enough to clean up without having to use an outhouse or the main bathroom in the main home on the property.
