Safety and Rental Details

This is a real treehouse cabin building, not a stilt house, so in strong winds, the treehouse cabin will gently rock similar to a sailboat at anchor in a safe harbor. The Village of Schaumburg has now approved for Airbnb rentals, but they do not allow rental of just the treehouse, so The Village has agreed that the owners offer guests exclusive use of the treehouse, hot tub, koi pond, fire pit, and more as free amenities incidental to the rental of a room in their home. The treehouse vacation rental is also available in the winter months.
