Scenic Views and Location

The wood cabin has big panorama windows which feature magnificent views of the mountains while you relax on the couch. Or you might enjoy your coffee undisturbed on the panoramic deck while being surrounded by the sounds of nature. The Mica Mountain Lodge and Pine Cabin are just 5 minutes to Mount Robson, 30 minutes to Jasper National Park, a 1-hour scenic drive to downtown, and 15 minutes to Valemount.

Reservation Information and Amenities

You'll want to note that the owners do not take any reservations from outside of the country for as long as the Canadian border is closed and there are travel restrictions in place. The wood cabin has free wifi available at the house, which is just a 1 to 2-minute walk or a short drive. Those who have data plans on their cell phone will have access to wifi 24/7. Due to the remote location of the cabin building, it is not possible to provide it at the wood cabin at this time, the technology is simply not available at this time. If and when it is the owners will make it happen of course.

Year-Round Activities and House Rules

You can visit the Mica Mountain Lodge and Pine cabin throughout the year, in the wintertime months you can enjoy activities to include x-country skiing, dog-sled tours, hiking, and snowshoeing. The Mica Mountain Lodge is all that you would imagine a log cabin vacation to be, surrounded by mountain views. This wood cabin vacation rental isn't suitable for children under 12 and the host does not allow pets, smoking, or parties. Before you book you'll want to make sure this host's house rules work for you.
