The cozy wood cabin can accommodate up to 2 guests with one bedroom, one bed, and one bathroom. During your vacation stay, you'll have the entire cabin building to yourself. The log cabin has one double bedroom with a real bed, a large en-suite shower room and an open floor plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. The cabin building is a self-catering cabin, but the owners do provide a few essentials so you can pack a bit more lightly. Some of the essentials include clean bed linen and extra blankets, towels and flannels, bathroom essentials to include shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and shower gel, breakfast basics such as cereal, milk and spreads, coffee, tea, and sugar.

In the log cabin kitchen, there is a cooker, microwave, full-sized fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, iron, and ironing board.

During your vacation stay, you'll have use of a television with a built-in DVD player so you'll want to bring along some movies, use of board games and a small selection of books for you to borrow during your visit

The cabin has its own raised deck area with an outdoor table and chairs.

During your vacation stay, guests have access to the entire cabin building, apart from the loft space which is empty and has no ladder anyway.

The cabin building has one allocated parking space, with the possibility of a second parking space being made available if necessary, via before your booking arrangement. Guests to the wood cabin do not have access to the main house or any of the outbuildings.

They live on the South-Eastern edge of the Mendip Hills, just a mile and a half from Wells Cathedral and the historic Bishop's Palace. Wells city center is just a 5-minute drive down the road, or a 20 to 30 minute mostly downhill walk, with a great range of restaurants, bars, and shops. There is also a wonderful network of footpaths in the area, which cross woodland and fields. These footpaths can be accessed directly from the driveway of the cabin, without having to set foot on a road.
