Puglia and Trullo aromatic green can be enjoyed throughout the year. Each season brings its own climate, fresh produce, and festivals. In April, the days are warm, but Puglia is still nice and quiet. So you would have a great time if you were to explore the surrounding towns, scenery, and markets. There are several festival processions over Easter. In May you can enjoy soft fruits such as fiorone (early figs, cherries, and mulberries in abundance. At this time of year, the markets are full of spring vegetables and the fields are full of beautiful wildflowers. This is a wonderful season. In June you can enjoy the countryside and the beaches before the crowds begin to arrive. Days are pleasantly warm in this location, and the nights clear. July is the real start of summer. At this time of year, you can enjoy a day on the beach, a summer festival or concert. You can go to the famous classical concerts in nearby Martina Franca which runs from mid-July to mid-August.
