Tregoose Old Mill is set in the beautiful Cornish countryside just minutes from Cornwall's stunning North Coast. The Tregoose is a tiny tranquil rural hamlet in a hidden valley that even many locals have not heard of yet and is only 6 miles from Newquay and 12 miles from Padstow. Its location makes it the perfect base to explore the beautiful county of Cornwall with its many stunning beaches, harbor towns, and rolling countryside.

New Addition: The Wriggly Tin

In the summer of 2020, the property had the exciting launch of The Wriggly Tin, the brand-new bespoke Shepherd's Hut that is set in one of the Victorian orchards with its very own flock of Ryland Sheep to admire and muse over. The cozy vacation retreat has an outdoor wood-fired hot tub that invites you to relax alone or share the soothing warm waters. During your vacation stay, you can be in the moment and enjoy this very special experience with the sound of birds, the river, and gentle baaing of the Rylands in the background.

Luxurious Sleeping Experience

​Sleeping at The Wriggly Tin is a lovely experience, you can enjoy the fine linens, comfy bedding, and the sumptuous king-sized bed that will have you wanting to stay in bed a little longer. The best part of the Wriggly Tin is the large arched roof window, perfect for stargazers and daydreamers alike. The Wriggly Tin tiny hut features an en suite shower room in which you will find fluffy Kingsize towels, bathrobes, shampoo, and shower gel.

Kitchen and Outdoor Amenities

The Wriggly Tin has a petit kitchen with a double hob, oven, toaster, kettle, and fridge as well as an outdoor fire pit barbeque where you can embrace Alfresco dining in the seating area followed by after-dinner drinks in the two iron rocking chairs. The owners provide crockery, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans, and all you need to whip up a delicious breakfast or supper in bed with fresh eggs from their flock of chickens. The Wriggly Tin has its private entrance, garden area, and off-street parking. During your vacation guests can also explore the six acres of river fronted land.
